Since 2012, Jill Steenhuis has been exhibiting her work with her son, Sergio Ruffato, a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. Sergio specializes in metal forging techniques and creates sculptures, jewelry and custom design pieces.

The earrings in this collection were all cast in bronze at Abeille Fonderie, built and established by the Steenhuis-Ruffato family in 2013. The silver and gold plating was crafted by Provence Fonderie, which has been in business since 1980.
